The new Stan Cullis Stand

Rob found this a hugely exciting project from the initial email and conversation with Jez Moxey. It was not only because it gave him the opportunity to develop what had been achieved at the AMEX Community Stadium but also because this was the club of his forefathers; the club his grandfather had captained and his father before him had helped to establish.

Jez had seen the work Rob had produced for the AMEX and they shared a vision of using artwork to celebrate the family of Wolves encompassing the club’s past and present. The work Rob produced captures action on the field of play, fans in the stands and looking beyond into the schoolyards of the community that holds Molineux at its heart.

The 6 original pieces were designed with a dual purpose of working in the spaces of the Stan Cullis hospitality areas as well as the concourses.

The six pieces are displayed under the title:
‘In triumph and in adversity, we are Wolves!’
